As you may know, testosterone is a good thing, however, it does you no good to increase testosterone if you`re still doing things that are KILLING and lowering your testosterone levels, right?
So today, I`m going to start talking about the Top 10, clinically proven testosterone killers you must avoid.
1. Stress: Increased and chronic stress is one of the biggest testosterone killers. In fact, if you don`t sleep for one night and then take a testosterone blood test the next morning, I guarantee you that your testosterone will easily be at least 50% lower.
When under a lot of stress, your body releases high level of cortisol. The stress hormone. Cortisol blocks the positive effects of testosterone.
What`s interesting is that most people think that the opposite hormone to testosterone is the female hormone estrogen - but it`s not, it`s Cortisol.
Now, you can`t eliminate stress right? But there are lifestyle changes and specific herbal supplements and vitamins you can take, that will help lower Cortisol levels and decrease your stress.
2. Poor Diet: Diet plays a major impact on your health especially all of your hormones, including your testosterone. You want to avoid pre-packaged foods, soy, low fat and low carbohydrate diets. You also want to reduce your sugar intake especially high fructose diet.
Most of us eat enough protein, but we eat too much of the wrong kinds. Your diet should consist of at least 25% of healthy fats - including saturated fats such as egg yolks and coconut oil. Eat vegetable everyday. Too low or too high carb both decrease testosterone.
3. Nutritional Deficiency: Even with a healthy diet, most people are not intaking enough nutrients to reach peak efficiency and increase testosterone. The combination of poor choices, over-processed foods.
And poor farming practices has resulted in a food system that provides substandard nutritional support.
There are supplements, herbal extracts and nutrients that help fill in the nutritional gaps in your diet from general components of your daily vitamins and minerals to the nutritional support of clinically proven herbs, like testosterone booster and hormone balancers that i will recommend for you.
4. Lack of exercise: One of the easiest ways to boost testosterone production is with exercise. Simply put, the RIGHT form of exercise increases testosterone. Just the same, the WRONG form kills testosterone. You want to lift weights and build muscle that increases testosterone. You want to eliminate strenuous cardio sessions, like running - which lowers testosterone.
5. Obesity: Having too much body fat has a lot of negative consequences for your health. One of the main problems with higher body fat is that your fat cells produce estrogen and estrogen lowers testosterone. Sadly, the older we get the slower your metabolism and harder it is to lose body fat.
As your liver processes alcohol, it produces compounds that inhibit the release of testosterone. Unfortunately, just one or two drinks results in a decrease of testosterone levels, as well as an increase in estrogens and cortisol levels.
Also, beer is the worst because the hops in beer contains more estrogen(estradiol) than any other plant on earth. So if you`re going to drink, don`t over do it and stay away from beer.
Next is Medication. Next newsletter will talk about the remaining 5 factors that can lower testosterone levels.

12 Early PROSTATE SYMPTOMS That No Man Should IGNORE!!
Prostate issues are very common in men and the worst of all is that the symptoms do not appear in the first stage. This is problematic for many doctors as the treatment would be more difficult at an advanced stage and the chances of recovery are very low with orthodox medicine. Doctors therefore recommends surgery.
That is why all men should test at least once a year as a preventive measure. However, prostate cancer shows some symptoms that should no be ignored.
Here is a list of the 12 most common symptoms:
1.Trouble urinating..
2.Frequent urinary,especially at night.
3.Pain in the lower back, thighs and hips.
4.Inability to complete urination or weak current urine

7. Blood in the urine
8. Blood in the semen
9. Problems of Ejaculation
10. Pelvic discomfort
11. Bone torture
12. Erectile dysfunction
If you notice some of the problems mentioned above or some other unexplained pain, inflammation, burning or infection then you should take action immediately.
Of course, do not wait for the problem to happen. This will save you from prostate cancer, but
also from other diseases and problems. In turn, pay attention to your lifestyle, eat healthy and exercise.
These symptoms are not always linked to prostate cancer or enlargement and can sometimes indicate some other problem with the prostate and/or urinary tract, but in any case should not be

Lets Talk About Lower Back Pain
Your back may feel like it's killing you. It isn't. In most cases, despite all the agony, there's nothing seriously wrong. But there are a few symptoms that could signal real trouble.
• You have lower back pain accompanied by shooting pain down one or both of your legs—you could have sciatica, which is usually caused when a ruptured disk in the spine presses on the sciatic nerve.
• You develop pain after falling or suffering any injury—you may have fractured a bone.
• You have osteoporosis (age-related bone loss).
• You experience back pain accompanied by fever or night sweats.
• You've had infection, Prostate issue, or cancer in the past, low back pain even get serious when these conditions are gradually getting healed. Some of my clients who uses this supplements actually complains about lower back pain after getting relieved of their prostate symptoms for about a week or two.
Get Happy
Fortunately, most lower back pain isn't serious. It almost always goes away on its own no matter what you do.
That's worth taking to heart. Unreasonable fears can slow that recovery and even lead to chronic pain.
If you're convinced that you have any condition such as infection, Prostatitis, or cancer and any serious damage to your back, then you have to take urgent attention. If not, it's time to recalibrate your approach. When you're in pain, it's tough to see the positive, but you need to set your sights on getting well.
Many back specialists are convinced that a positive attitude can help speed recovery. Sure, it's going to take time. On average, back pain goes away in 2 to 3 weeks with treatment and 4 - 6 weeks without treatment. And yes, you're going to feel some discomfort along the way. But odds are you'll get better. Believe it.

Today Is World Heart Day: 10 Tips For Healthy Heart
World Heart Day is celebrated on 29 September every year since 2012. The aim of the day is to reduce mortality from non-communicable diseases (NCDs). Cardiovascular diseases contribute towards half of NCD deaths. The aim of World Health Day is to control this by at least 25 per cent by 2025.
It was conceptualized by World Heart Federation and is a global campaign to help individuals, families, communities and government to fight against the burden of CVDs. It also focuses on creating awareness among people about risk factors for CVDs such as unhealthy diet, a lack of physical activity and tobacco use.
We all know the basics of a healthy heart, but some habits are such that we continue them without realizing that they are wreaking havoc on our hearts. Call it social pressure or negligence, the victim always is the heart. Heart pumps blood to our entire body and the significance of this cannot be undermined in any way. Also, most of us would know the increasing numbers of heart disease in Nigeria and now almost 50 per cent of women are at the risk of heart disease. Cardiovascular disorders are also notorious enough to be tagged as the number one killer in Nigeria.
So, what can we do to effectively prevent any heart nemesis? Lead a lifestyle that pertains to the following healthy heart tips. If not a guaranteed prevention, they will substantially reduce your risks of a cardiovascular disorder.
Know the harmful fats
Most of us do not know the difference between different kinds of fats. I will talk about that some other time. For a brief, the worst criminal is trans fats. You have to say no to trans fats and all its sources, which include junk food, packaged and processed foods, quick snacks and bakery items. This is because trans fats raise the levels of bad cholesterol in your body and cut down the good cholesterol. However, you can and must have unsaturated and polysaturated fats as they are healthy and are needed by your body.
Don't sit for very long at one time
We know it is bad news for many of us as we are doing sedentary, desk jobs for sustenance. However, sitting for too long is extremely unhealthy for your heart as a study showed that it increased the risk of cardiovascular disease by a whopping 147 per cent! The chances of death by the disease also almost doubled up as they increased by 90 per cent.
Passive smoking is the plague!
This is after we assume that you are not an active smoker because if you are, the chances of a heart disease are greatly aggravated! However, if you don't and still have colleagues who smoke or family members who does, the chances still are quite pronounced. The risk shoots up by 30 per cent if you are exposed to second-hand smoke at work or home. If you have a case of hypertension, the risk increases further.
Maintain good dental hygiene
Many do not know about the relation between the two but a good dental health means a good heart health. This is because the risk factors of periodontal disease and heart disease are the same. If you have the former, you are likely to have the latter too. This is because the bacteria that leads to gum diseases travel into the bloodstream and this leads to a rise in the levels of C-reactive proteins, causing inflammation in your blood vessels.
Sleep for seven hours
That is, a minimum of seven hours. A study showed that those who slept less than six hours doubled up their risk of cardiovascular disease, including heart attack and stroke! This is because a lack of sleep interferes with your biological processes and can affect your blood pressure and any underlying heart condition.
Know your blood pressure
If you are reading this article, chances are you stay aware of any conditions related to your heart but you would be surprised to know that half of the people who have high blood pressure do not know about their condition! This shows that we are in a dire need to create awareness about the subject. Ideally, if you are aged between 18 and 30, you should get your blood pressure checked every three to five years. If you are older, you must check it at least twice every year.
Put down your earphones
Loud noise can also aggravate a condition of the heart! Studies have shown that loud noises such as that of traffic or of loud music can increase your heartbeat, shooting up your blood pressure. On the contrary, a slow tempo and sound can have a soothing impact on your mind and health.
Say no to gadgets post 8 PM
Gadgets have a harmful impact on your health and this has been proven time and again by various studies. However, it is impossible to avoid them considering the digitally-driven lives that we lead today. So, make a thumb rule to avoid gadgets post 8 PM. The blue light which is emitted by the gadgets can significantly increase the risk of cancer, diabetes and heart problems. Also, it can interfere with your sleep pattern and increase the chances further.
Eat a heart-healthy diet
This means eating five portions of fresh fruits, vegetables, dried fruits, nuts and seeds in a day. All the processed foods like cookies, refined flour bread and pastas need to be slashed off from your diet. The worst culprit are the sugar beverages that we consume including soda and packed juices. In order to improve your diet immediately, the first thing you should do is stop consuming these as they are sugar dense without the fiber of a fruit.
'30 minutes X 5 days' should be your exercise formula
In order to keep heart disease at bay, you need to exercise and move! Be it through yoga, dancing, swimming, brisk walking or cycling, you must indulge in moderate intensity workout for 30 minutes at least five days of the week. This is recommended by the World Health Organization for all adults aged between 18 and 64. If you indulge in high intensity workout, you can reduce the duration to half, that is 75 minutes a week, or 15 minutes for 5 days a week. This reduces the chances of not only CVD but also many other diseases such as depression, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, vertebral fracture and even colon and breast cancer.

8 Things That Happen When You Stop Drinking Alcohol
Maybe your nightly glass of wine has turned into two or three. Or you’re overdoing it on the beer and have the gut to prove it.
Giving up alcohol can be tough—but the benefits make it worth the effort, says Damon Raskin, M.D., a Los Angeles-based physician who is board certified in addiction medicine.
“Taking a break from drinking alcohol—even if it’s just for a couple of weeks—is a good idea, especially if you’re regularly consuming more than the recommended daily limit,” Dr. Raskin says.
That’s generally two drinks a day for men. Also, if your drinking seems to be affecting your work or personal relationships—regardless of how much booze you’re knocking back—it’s time to consider taking it easy, he adds.
Here’s what you can expect to happen, both short- and long-term, if you give up alcohol:
The result? Disrupted sleep.
Another review of 27 studies found that while alcohol may help people fall asleep more quickly and deeply at first, it seriously screws with sleep quality after that initial restful period.
You might toss and turn at first, but give up alcohol and the sleep you get will likely leave you feeling more refreshed and sharp the next day.
The byproducts of better sleep: improved mood, concentration, and mental performance, Dr. Raskin says.
That may be because alcohol heightens our senses, according to a new study published in the journal Obesity. Researchers found that when people received an alcohol “infusion” equal to about two drinks, they ate 30 percent more food than those who received a saline solution.
Even mild intoxication can increase your brain activity in the hypothalamus, making you more sensitive to the smell of food and prompting you to eat more.
Sugar boosts levels of the “reward” chemical dopamine, which fuels feelings of pleasure, Dr. Raskin says.
Alcohol does the same thing, so it’s very possible that when you give up one substance that causes happy-making chemicals to float around your brain, you’ll be more likely to reach for the other.
“Don’t be surprised if you try to get that same enjoyment or rush you used to get after a drink from something sweet,” he says.
Just one margarita may contain 300 calories or more—mostly from sugar.
Men consume an additional 433 calories on those days they drink a “moderate” amount of alcohol, according to one study. Cut those from your diet—and don’t replace them with desserts—and you’ll start to lose weight without much effort.
Within a few days of cutting out booze, you’ll notice your skin looking and feeling more hydrated.
That’s because alcohol is a diuretic, causing you to urinate more, Dr. Raskin says.
Alcohol also decreases the body’s production of an antidiuretic hormone, which helps the body reabsorb water. (Less water in the body equals dry-looking skin.)
Ruddiness in your cheeks and around your nose may also start to fade, and other skin conditions—such as dandruff, eczema, or rosacea—may also improve, Dr. Raskin says.
Drinking—especially a fine wine or scotch habit—is an expensive undertaking.
Take a moment to crunch the numbers, adding up what you spend for drinks both at home and out on the town (factoring in tax and tip).
It can be an eye-opening—and motivating—exercise.
It’s important to understand that there will be times when you feel like you’re missing out—and it can make you pretty testy, Dr. Raskin says.
“People often use alcohol as a lubricant for emotions, and when they stop drinking they may feel agitated and restless,” he adds.
The risk increases the more you drink.
On the other hand, multiple studies have shown moderate alcohol consumption may lower your odds of heart trouble.
More research suggests your risk for stroke, diabetes, and mortality may all rise slightly when you give up booze—assuming you were a light drinker before you quit.

1. You’ll sleep more soundly.
One recent study in the journal Alcoholism: Clinical & Experimental Research found drinking before bed increases alpha wave patterns in the brain—a kind of cerebral activity that usually occurs when you’re awake but resting. The result? Disrupted sleep.

Rules on How to Measure Blood Pressure
Here’s what you need to know when measuring your own blood pressure:
1. When not to take blood pressure: Within 30 minutes of drinking coffee, smoking, or exercising.
2. Use an automatic, not manual device. Most devices specifically designed for use by patients in the home are fully automatic, so that the patient needs only to wrap the cuff around the upper arm and press a button for the machine to take the blood pressure readings and display the values for systolic and diastolic pressure on a screen.
3. Use an arm cuff rather than a finger or wrist cuff. The arm devices are the most reliable and have the additional advantage that they measure pressure in the same artery that has been used in all the large studies of high BP and its consequences.
4. Blood pressure cuff size rule: Use a large cuff if your arm is large, make sure it fits comfortably.
5. Use one arm, not both.
6. Support your arm on a flat surface so that the upper arm is supported at the level of the heart.
7. Your back should be supported, and both feet should be flat on the floor.
8. After you put the cuff on, sit for a few minutes before checking blood pressure.
9. Take 3 readings rather than just one, 1-2 minutes apart, writing each one down. Don’t take more than three readings.
10. Don’t take more than three readings.
11. Check no more than twice a week except in these cases:
- your hypertension is severe
- you’re changing medications
- you’re getting an initial, reliable estimate of your “true” blood pressure
12. Don’t check only when you think your blood pressure readings will be good or only when you think they will be high; check at random, ordinary times.
13. Check you monitor’s accuracy at least once a year at the doctor’s office by comparing it to the office’s manual cuff.
6 Reasons Why Diabetes Drugs Fail: The Way Out
Walk into a doctor’s office with elevated blood sugar, and you’ll walk out with an Rx for metformin (Glucophage) or another oral diabetes drug. Writing a prescription makes doctors feel like they’re “doing” something for the patient but unfortunately, they’re making the problem worse!
In my opinion, doctors write diabetes prescriptions to justify their fees and their existence—but in reality they’re taking the easy and dangerous ways. First off, these drugs have huge and dangerous side-effects—including weight gain, elevated triglycerides and cholesterol levels, and an increased risk of heart disease. These are all things you’re already at increased risk for if you’re diabetic.
So why would you want to take a drug that puts you on the fast track for greater health complications?
As dangerous as these drugs are, why are you not getting your diabetes reversed?
1. The Drugs Are Made To Address Diabetes Symptoms Not For The Root Cause of Diabetes.
Many diabetes drugs are made to address blood sugar level which is a popular diabetes symptom. They ignored the root cause of type 2 diabetes which are metabolic disorders that result in flawed leptin signaling and insulin resistance. This is the major reason your blood sugar goes down fast when you (as a diabetic) use any of these dangerous diabetes drugs but goes up quickly when you stop using them.
2. The Manufactured Companies Want To Keep You Buying To Enrich Themselves
I believe these manufacturing companies have great research teams and capabilities to produce effective drugs that can help you reverse diabetes without resulting in any negative side effect on your health but they just want you to keep buying to enrich their pockets.
3. Inability To Eat Only Healthful Fats, And Steer Clear Of Processed Fats.
Excess fat, particularly saturated fats from meat and altered trans-fatty acids in processed foods, not only causes weight gain, but decreases your insulin sensitivity. Instead, you want to use judicious amounts of olive oil, as well as omega-3 fats (found in salmon, tuna, flaxseed, and sardines), which help to promote insulin sensitivity.
4. Inability To Eat Moderate Amounts Of Protein.
Diabetes drugs fail patients because many people are unable to eat moderate amounts of protein which stimulate the release of glucagon, a hormone that mobilizes fat stores, into energy. It’s important to get moderate amounts of low-fat protein at every meal to keep your blood sugar under control.
5. Failure To Choose Carbohydrates Wisely.
Another factor that renders diabetes drugs useless is ignorantly choosing refined carbohydrates and sugars. These are rapidly broken down into glucose, driving up blood sugar levels and placing an increased burden on normal metabolic processes. Instead of refined carbohydrates and sugar, eat vegetables, legumes, most fruits, and unrefined grains which cause a slow, sustained release of glucose into the bloodstream and promoting healthy blood sugar control.

6. Failure To Exercise At Least Four Times A Week.
Using diabetes drugs without exercise will yield little or no results. Without exercise, your muscles’ energy requirements increase dramatically—they need ready access to glucose, which fuels the hungry muscle cells. Exercise appears to some degree to actually bypass the normal requirements for insulin. It increases the transport of glucose into the cells, not only while you are exercising but for hours afterwards. Thus it lowers blood glucose levels and also improves overall insulin sensitivity.

12 Benefits of Detoxifying the Body
Toxic agents are everywhere in our world. The food we eat, the air we breathe, the household cleaners we spray, the electronics we use on a daily basis… However, toxic free radicals are formed in the body too. Stress hormones, emotional disturbances, anxiety and negative emotions all create free radicals as well. Living without toxic buildup is virtually impossible, which is why our body has built in mechanisms to deal with toxic overload. Crying, sweating, urination and defecation are all natural protocols employed by the body to rid itself of toxins.
Because toxins are part of our daily life, both inside and out, it may seem that they are a natural part of living and that additional measures to deal with them are unnecessary. This, in part, is true. Free radical exposure is part of life, however, with the overabundance of chemicals and pesticides in our foods and environment, and the increasing levels of stress in our society, our body is overwhelmed with toxic buildup and needs additional help in expelling unnecessary waste material.
1. Boosts Your Energy
Many detox program followers report feeling more energetic. This would make sense because while you’re detoxing you’re stopping the influx of the things that caused you to need a detox in the first place. By cutting out the sugar, caffeine, trans fat, saturated fat, and replacing them with fresh fruits and vegetables, you’ll be getting a natural energy boost, one that comes without a resultant crash. It’s vital to stay well hydrated while on any detox program, and that can also be a source of increased energy if you typically don’t get enough water throughout the day.
2. Rids the Body of Any Excess Waste
The biggest thing that detoxing helps with is allowing the body to rid itself of any excess waste it’s been storing. Most detox programs are designed to stimulate the body to purge itself, helping the liver do its thing as well as the kidneys and colon. Cleansing the colon is an important part of the detoxing process because those toxins need to exit the body, and a backed up colon can cause them to be reintroduced into the body, rather than exiting as planned. Sticking with fruits and vegetables even after the detox program is completed is a good way to keep things moving.
3. Helps with Weight Loss
It's easy to see how a detox diet would cause you to lose weight in the short term, but a healthier way to look at it would be to establish long-term eating habits, and rid yourself of unhealthy habits. Many times it is the drastic reduction in calories and rapid weight loss that is focused on, especially in the media. But these short-term results won't last if you don't make it a point to replace bad foods with good, and use your newfound energy to exercise more and be more active overall.
4. Stronger Immune System
When you detox the body you free up your organs to function the way they should. This helps to give your immune system a boost since you'll be able to absorb nutrients better, including Vitamin C. Many of the herbs you take while on a detox will help the lymphatic system, which plays a big role in keeping you healthy and firing on all cylinders. Many detox programs also focus on light exercises which help to circulate lymph fluid through the body and helps it to drain, strengthening your immune system in the process.
5. Improved Skin
Your skin is your largest organ, so it only makes sense that it would show positive results from a detox program. One way to help your detoxing efforts is to take a sauna to help the body sweat out additional toxins. You can expect clearer, smoother skin at the end of your detox plan. It's also been reported that detoxing can help with acne, although the condition may worsen before it gets better as the toxins are released. You may find that your skin itches or gets patchy before clearing up, but this is part of the process and is a sign that you're on the right track with your program.
6. Better Breath
Follow a detox program that includes a colon cleanse because those toxins need to be released from the body. It's been theorized that one contributor to bad breath is a backed up colon. When you are able to clear it out and get your digestive system functioning well again, you may find that your breath improves. Be aware that your breath may actually worsen during the detoxing process, but when it's finished it will be better. This is natural, and occurs as toxins are released from the body.

7. Promotes Healthy Change
It's hard to change a long-standing habit, and a detox program is no matter how long it is one way to put a wedge between your old ways and your new ones. If you have addictions to sugar, caffeine, fried, or crunchy foods you can use a detox program to help you kill those cravings. Often if you just try to quit eating those foods or drinking those beverages you'll have limited success, and go back to your old ways. But if you cleanse the body and replace those foods with healthier choices, you can retrain yourself and be more likely to stick to your new habits.
8. Clearer Thinking
A good detox program will pay some attention to your state of mind during the cleanse. The use of meditation is often recommended as a way to get back in touch with your body during this time of purging and cleansing of toxins. Detox followers often say that they lose that sense of fogginess, and are able to think more clearly during a detox than when not on it. It makes sense, since many of the sugar-filled and fat-filled foods that surround us each day will cause us to feel lethargic and can factor heavily in the quality of our thinking.
9. Healthier Hair
By the time you can see your hair, it's already considered dead, as all of its growth occurs within the hair follicle. This is why it's important to keep your body functioning at its full potential through a regular detoxing strategy. When your hair is able to grow uninhibited by internal toxins you’ll see and feel the difference in your hair. In many instances hair gets shinier, and feels softer to the touch. Detoxing isn’t enough to stop male pattern baldness, but many report that their hair grows more quickly, a sign of healthier hair.
10. Lighter Feeling
One of the reported benefits of detoxing is a feeling of being lighter. There are several reasons why this would be the case, especially if you’ll be doing a colon cleanse as part of the program. When you stop eating foods that weigh you down, and replace them with fresh organic fruits and vegetables, a lighter feeling is bound to occur. It’s also important not to overeat while detoxing, which will yield a lighter feeling as well, and will give you the energy you’ve been missing.
11. Anti-Aging Benefits
The constant barrage of toxins that the body has to deal with is one contributing factor to the aging process. By reducing the amount of free radical damage done to the body, you’re going to see not only short term benefits, but also long term benefits in an increased longevity. When you finish your detox program, it’s very important not to go right back to the lifestyle that was causing the toxicity. Sticking to a improved diet and getting daily activity are great ways to make sure that you feel good each moment of your life.
12. Improved Sense of Well-being
When you detox, you feel good, and when you feel good, good things happen. Detoxing is often used strategically to lose weight or to start a new diet plan, but really there is no better reason than just to feel better. When you set the stage for well-being, you are going to improve all areas of your life, and you should see better relationships, better productivity at work, and a newfound or renewed zest for life.

What You Need To Know About Urinary Incontinence
Urinary incontinence is the accidental leaking of urine. Its not a disease. Its a symptom of a problem with a mans urinary tract.
Urine is made by the kidneys and stored in a sac made of muscle, called the urinary bladder. A tube called the urethra leads from the bladder through the prostate and penis to the outside of the body. Around this tube is a ring of muscles called the urinary sphincter. As the bladder fills with urine, nerve signals tell the sphincter to stay squeezed shut while the bladder stays relaxed. The nerves and muscles work together to prevent urine from leaking out of the body.
When you have to urinate, the nerve signals tell the muscles in the walls of the bladder to squeeze. This forces urine out of the bladder and into the urethra. At the same time the bladder squeezes, the urethra relaxes. This allows urine to pass through the urethra and out of the body.
Incontinence can happen for many reasons:
1. If your bladder squeezes at the wrong time, or if it squeezes too hard, urine may leak out.
2. If the muscles around the urethra are damaged or weak, urine can leak out even if you don't have a problem with your bladder squeezing at the wrong time.
3. If your bladder doesn't empty when it should, you are left with too much urine in the bladder. If the bladder gets too full, urine will leak out when you don't want it to.
4. If something is blocking your urethra, urine can build up in the bladder. This can cause leaking.
Different types of chronic urinary incontinence:
1. Stress incontinence.
2. Urge incontinence
3. Overflow incontinence
4. Total incontinence
5. Functional incontinence

Secrets the Pharmacies Do Not Want You to Know
Let me divulge to you some secrets the Pharmacists would jealously guide not to let you know. I need to have you get rid of Urinary Tract Infection and save money! What? That sounds ridiculous! Because...
It pays to be in the Medical and Pharmaceutical Business! Money magazines agree that the medical business is the next monopoly of the 21st century. Doctor consultancy fee have doubled in the last decade. And it is only going to get worse!
And if you are suffering from a urinary tract infection, you could spend hundreds to sometimes thousands after repeated doctor office visits and the expensive medication that go along with the infection. But if you don't want to throw your money to the wind, you should consider how you can naturally get rid of urinary tract infection and save thousands of currencies in the process.
Below here are 5 secrets the pharmacies do not want you to know about Urinary Tract Infections.
1) You Body Has Healing Power! Some body parts have been hailed as reasons to believe in a higher power. And you would be amazed how changes in your diet or lifestyle can alter how your body functions.
For instance, by eating a specific diet full of natural acids (mostly citrus fruits); you can get rid of urinary tract infection naturally. The acids create a hostile environment for the E-coli bacteria (cause of infection) and kill it. The infection will be gone in few days.
And this only makes sense, because U.T.I.s have been around since the beginning of time. And synthetic medications have been around for only the last century. The U.T.I. natural remedy has been documented to kill the E coli infection and cure the problem naturally.
2) Vitamin C; too Cheap To Be Sold In Isolation! I could not sugar-coat this one! But unfortunately most people are not taking a Vitamin C supplement. That is ridiculous considering how cheap Vitamin C tablets are!
You can naturally boost your immune system to help kill the bacteria causing the infection. Chances are you contracted the infection because of a weakened immune system. You can remedy the problem by at least taking 90mg of Vitamin C tablets daily.
3).Antibiotics work like Acids! The word antibiotics literally means no life. Antibiotics will work to kill the bacteria cells. So do natural acids! For instance, acids in cranberries are toxic to the E coli bacteria. By knowing how to consume the right acid, you can naturally cure a urinary tract infection by killing the U.T.I. causing bacteria.
4) E Coli Clings to Urinary Tract Walls (See picture below) - Though you might think, "Why do I need to know this?" You can actually flush the E coli bacteria by knowing that a substance in cranberries will actually cause the E coli to un-cling from the urinary tract walls. The bacteria then will be flushed from the urinary tract naturally.
5) You Need a Flush! Have you taken your annual body flush? Did you know that natural health doctors recommend an annual body flush to keep impurities, toxins and bacteria at low levels? Therefore, for Natural Remedy For Urinary Tract Issues and detoxification, I recommend the ProHealth Pack. It is a sure and safe way to flush the bacterial from your system.
